Love this system for exercising....with lots of snow in the winter, it really helps with staying in shape. Always have time for the short 1 mile workout great afternoon pick me up... the 2 mile is the best try to do it each morning....3 mile is tough but not impossible have to work up to it.

This product was great! I like that fact it has both 1 mile and 2 miles on it. If I dont feel like working out for 30 min for the 2mile I can just do 19 min on with the 1 mile tape. The two mile portion really has me sweating and it is a great work out. I dont have the weighted balls she uses on the tape, I just use free weights.

These exercises have helped me keep both my weight and blood pressure down to normal, in just 30 minutes a day.

A great DVD to get you into walking, or back into walking if you had not done so in awhile.

I have been using it often and breaking it up more with walks outside for longer times but not as intense on some good weather days.

It is easy (compared to running) and even a little bit goes a long way. Walk a little bit every other day even and you will start seeing results.
