This is a great comic book better than spider-man and x-men (wich i have).

It's difficult to rate a comic book series since the title changes as the writing and art teams change. Batman has been around since the 1930's and has had probably hundreds of writers and artists. Rating: - Are comics for kids?
The only other review that was posted gave this subscription 1 star. I'm 33 and have been reading comics for the better part of 21 years. When most people think about comics they think of the old 60's Batman television show or the horrendously campy movies in the 90's. Comic's, as a medium, as so much more.

Rating: - NOT FOR CHILDREN (OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER)!
This "comic" book is filled from cover to cover with blood, weapons, graphic violent language ("Really dead, I'll be wearing his skin as a shirt kind of dead..."), scary monsterous drawings, people being shot in the head, etc. I ordered this subscription for my 8 year old nephew who waited 10 weeks for his first issue. When it came we were horrified! I canceled the subscription and demanded a full refund. Don't buy this for anyone not in their teens (and think twice before buying it at all). ... Read More
